Social Media Lead, SkalaCerita
SkalaCerita is a media that discusses Indonesian culture from the past to the present. My friends and I want to popularize Indonesian culture so that it is preserved through digital media. I was the Social Media Lead from July 2021 to December 2021. Here I learned how to be a leader, as well as applying what my Lead applied in Narasi.
A little about Lead, I once read a tweet from a presenter or artist whose business went bankrupt, more or less like this “If the business is doing well, it means it's the result of the hard work of my workers, but if the business is bad, it means it's my fault”. Since then, I've also always held on to this sentence. Where the good things come from my partners and maybe only a little contribution from me. But, if something goes wrong, I think most of it comes from a leader.
This is my role and responsibility at SkalaCerita:

-Met content ideas for every week.
-Quality control of content briefs, designs, and captions.
-Created content strategy for web leads.
-Monitored SkalaCerita's social media. We have Instagram and Twitter.
-Analysis and reporting.
